Wireforms, wire shapes or wire-formed components can encompass an infinite number of different types of part. Wireforms can be made from carbon spring steel, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium or other more exotic alloys.
John Binns & Son manufactures wireforms from 1.5mm to 13mm wire using the latest CNC machinery. These can vary from simple hooks and brackets to complicated linkages for machinery, precision components for the electronics, medical and automotive industries or welded assemblies such as paint slaves for automotive paint lines.
