John Binns has recently invested in a 3D Production system printer, similar to a 3D printer but capable of  producing higher quality real parts and is able to build them in production grade material such as PC-ABS and Ultem. This new venture has led John Binns to explore further avenues within the business, from advanced prototyping, manufacturing tools and fixtures through to medical and architectural modelling. Here at John Binns we have already used the 3D Production System to manufacture checking jigs which enables us to have a fast and effective go/no go system in our inspection department.
