We are very sad to announce that Ian Smith passed away suddenly on the 16/08/19.

Ian started at JB Springs straight from school back in October 1979 as a 16 year old, so this was his 40^th year with the company.  He was a hugely popular member of the team and shall be sadly missed.  Ian was in charge of the grinding department with a skill set second to none.  His experience, knowledge and guidance and above all his friendship will be greatly missed by us all.

Our thoughts are with his wife, Sharon, his friends and family.
