John Binns was delighted to be able to offer some sponsorship towards the construction costs for the new STEM innovation centre at Skipton Girls’ High School.  STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics; all core requirements for any budding spring experts!  The impressive building was opened in December by Professor Danielle George, who in 2014 became only the 6^th woman in nearly 200 years to give the Royal Institution’s Christmas lecture.
