Doing Our Bit In Fight Against Covid-19

In these testing times, the team on the shop floor at JB Springs can be proud of contributing to the fight against Coronavirus. Over the last eight weeks we have been manufacturing springs for ventilators, hospital beds, and our 3D printer has been producing components for PPE visors.These springs for ventilators were manufactured and dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received.

Three Employees Celebrating 20 Years at John Binns & Son

Over the course of 2020 three employees will be celebrating two decades with John Binns & Son Springs. The first to reach this milestone was our Sales Director David Whitfield (pictured second from the right) last month who, unfortunately, was forced to celebrate the occasion at home while the lockdown was in full effect. JB Springs Increases Investment in Inspection Technology

JB Springs recently installed a new LED2D-140 inspection camera from industry leaders MicroStudio.The camera is able to detect and precisely measure springs and wireforms with amazing speed when the parts are placed on the instrument’s table.
