There have been numerous new starters at JB Springs lately, and this includes three new apprentices. The three new apprentices are Scott Tennant (pictured), George Carman, Ben Mcewan. Like all new starters, they have begun their Springtelligence education and have already taken the Level 1 Springtellingence course. They will hopefully graduate as Springtellectuals in the not too distant future.

Skipton Girls’ High School (SGHS) will compete in the National Final of the Land Rover 4×4 in Schools competition after winning their individual class in the Regional Finals. The 13th annual rounder’s tournament in memory of Trevor Driver and Jo Fletcher saw last year’s winners, Skipton Sloggers, retain their title. This month we welcomed the Years 11 pupils of Holy Family Catholic High School based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, to the JB Springs factory as part of Bradford Manufacturing Week. Bradford Manufacturing Week takes place between the 8th and 12th of October. The unique event showcases the district’s manufacturing companies.
