JB Springs recently installed a new LED2D-140 inspection camera from industry leaders MicroStudio.

The camera is able to detect and precisely measure springs and wireforms with amazing speed when the parts are placed on the instrument’s table.  The mechanism allows springs or wireform parts up to 500mm long to be measured as the camera can track along the length of the measurement table.
