We have been asked by a number of our customers if our supply chain is likely to be affected by the outbreak of the coronavirus originating from China.As a UK spring manufacturer, we source the vast majority of our raw materials from the UK and Europe and do not have any originating from China. JB Springs brings Springtelligence to Low Ash Primary School

Recently JB Springs visited Low Ash Primary School in Shipley, following a competition at Bradford Science Week. JB Springs took Springtelligence to the Year 3 classes at Low Ash Primary School and taught them the basics of springs and where they are used in our daily lives. As part of JB Springs' Christmas day out, the team visited M-Sport in Cockermouth. M-Sport operates a flourishing global motorsport business and provides the engineering expertise behind the award-winning range of Ford rally cars, as well as the Bentley Continental GT3. Skipton Girls’ High School Prepare For Regional Land Rover Competition

Work is already underway at Skipton Girls’ High School as they prepare to enter several teams in the Land Rover 4X4 In Schools competition again. School & College Visits For Bradford Manufacturing Weeks

JB Springs hosted engineering and motor vehicle students from Keighley College as part of Bradford Manufacturing Weeks. Russell Baker, the college’s motor vehicle course leader thanked the JB Springs team adding that feedback was really positive with students gaining a lot from the visit. Welcome To Our New Starters

JB Springs is pleased to welcome our new intake of apprentices who, alongside their college studies, will be trained on various roles on the shop-floor as well as our Springtelligence programme. Richard Gaunt has also recently joined us in a production support and quality role. Richard previously worked at Keighley Laboratories so brings a wealth of experience in metallurgy and testing procedures. JB Springs Complete Robot Training With RARUK Automation

Christian, Steve, Tom, and Joe (and Kevin the Robot) completed their robot training with RARUK Automation. JB Springs acquired a robotic arm that needed to complete Springtelligence training before it joined the production team - just like any other employee(!)
